The hotel is conveniently located near Centro Maya and Oxxo, making it easy to access food and supplies. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, lack cozy decoration. The friendly and helpful service compensates for any shortcomings. However, the location may not suit those looking for a more residential setting.
I stayed at this hotel that had a great location, being right next to the Mayan center with easy access to various amenities. Though the rooms were quite spacious and on the ground floor next to the pool, I was a bit disappointed that there was no fridge inside. The service staff were nice and friendly overall. The location was convenient with many shops and dining options around, but being close to an Oxxo might not be ideal for everyone.
